Floral Frame

This frame was created with Globecraft Piccolo bookboard and enamels, the black frame measures 2.75" x 3.75".

The frame is constructed so the photo can be changed with the help of a stick pen.  Double layers of heavyweight cardstock strips were tacky glued (Aleene's brand) to the black frame's straight edges leaving the top completely open above the photo and using 5/8" pieces at each side on the outside top edge.  I didn't have black heavyweight cardstock so once finished I colored the edge with a Sharpie marker.

The flowers were embossed with the Micro White then colored with Chameleon Pens (any alcohol pen will work), once the color is on I hit it with heat again and let it flow to a more natural look.

I used the Glastique as an adhesive to glue the heavyweight cardstock to the white embossed piece and it also holds the floral and stems and butterfly on.

Supplies:
Bold Florals Accents LA131
Filigree Rectangle Frame with Backer F105
Butterly Accents A148
Enamel Embossing Powder Adhesive
Glastique
Starry Sky enamel
Deep Blue Sky enamel
Micro White enamel
Chameleon Pens
